Our Mission
World Trade Center Rescuer’s Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation started by 9/11 Rescue workers to create a centralized resource center for the diverse populations affected by the toxic air around Ground Zero. Our mission is to connect rescue workers with the resources and information they need to better deal with the complicated health and financial and personal issues facing them and their families.

Who We Are

September 11, 2001 is a date that changed everything. The petty squabbles that existed between the uniformed services were destroyed with the Towers. The differences in heritage, language, ethnicity and gender were irrelevant that day. Fellow New Yorkers were trapped and needed help. Thousands of people answered the call.
